So this place did a crown for my wife. She had a infection in the tooth when the did the crown. Me not being a dentist even know this is wrong. Well long story short she lost the tooth. When she went back they told her it was not their problem and charged her over a $100 for it. I'm disgusted by this dentist office.

I went in for a routine cleaning and x-rays and when Dr Stein came in to look at the x-ray she told me I had a cavity. I had just saw Dr Campbell shortly before he retired and was told teeth looked fine. I didn't feel right with her diagnosis so I went to another dentist for another opinion and had 2 types of x-rays taken and he told me that I have no cavities. I asked him several times and he said no again. This place now that it is corporate run is all about turning numbers. My wife also had problems with work Stein performed before the pandemic. And she wouldn't come in to fix the problem she was having so my wife had to go to another dentist to fix the work Stein had done. I would not let her near your teeth.

I broke a tooth at the beginning of the pandemic and could not get it fixed. I am a high risk patient and caregiver so I was terrified of infection requiring a hospital visit. As soon as Merit Dental received their PPE, they brought me in and Dr Stein fixed it for me with compassion and care. The staff was outstanding, and I have found my forever Dentist in Dr. Stein. I felt safe at the practice, and that is the biggest compliment to give in such a scary time as this. From reception to service, it is a quality driven experience.
