So I came in to the office today for a appointment I had scheduled over a year and the office manager canceled the appointment because I didn’t confirm it… if I call up and cancel an appointment that is one thing but to cancel an appointment because I can’t respond to you is horrible customer service I’ve been going to this office for three years an never have I ever been treated so horribly and instead of trying to be understanding and saying let me see what I can do for you and squeeze you in she kept arguing with me. Mind you I called in 1-2 weeks ago to confirm my appointment which should have been good enough ..: then when I asked for her boss she refused to have her boss reach out to me… disgusted with there policy … you know some people work a lot and don’t have time to answer the phone or email and so they just come to an appointment

The past 3 years I have had a horrible experience. They constantly cancel and have to reschedule and cannot get you in until three - six months later. Now to find out, I have a horrible cavity that they never caught which may need a root canal. This is unacceptable! I would NOT recommend this place at all! Ever since new staff came in, it has not been the same!! I’m thinking about a lawsuit in this case.

Bad, Bad & Bad. Went in for a cleaning, girl broke my tooth! Cleaning was less than 5 minutes. Because tooth now broke, needed fixed was told it would be 100% covered by insurance. Was charged for a Deep Cleaning. Never happened. Got tooth fixed. Received bill for more than $100. If you tell some it will be 100% covered, then you should NOT turn around and bill me!!! Tried to talk to them about it. Was sent bill with “NON-NEGOTIABLE” stamped twice on it. If you can’t be honest, don’t be in business!!!!!!

The actual dentistry performed by the dentists, dental assistants, and the dental hygienists is top notch. They are highly recommended. I did experience three significant issues with the front office staff (appoint changed - I was not notified; referred to York Endo - no follow up; promised "first available" - one month later no follow up". I am told these front office staffing issues have been resolved, so I will give them a clean slate to start anew.

I have been a patient since year 88. I have not been more disappointed with this dental practice as I have in the past year. I am overdue for a routine cleaning. It has been over a year with staffing issues, rescheduled appt.,to canceled appt by there office, to on a wait list with no appt. booked. Finally, I have an appt. for this Dec. 22 and it will be 1 year 6mo when I am to have a routine visit ev. 6mo. This would not be the case if Dr. Fabri were still on board. Maybe it is time for a new office and one who cares about its long term patients.

She asked me to come in at a later date to have X-rays so the dentist could insure there are no issues, but I would need to find another dentist office for my cleaning. Unbelievable! You want to bill my insurance for X-rays, but you cannot see me???? Unacceptable, unprofessional, borderline….

I moved a few years ago and switched to this office. Because it was close to my job. They made me wait months for a dental cleaning. Then just before my appointment. They sent me a text cancelling my appointment. After I hadn't had a cleaning in 14 months. I called in to reschedule and they wanted me to wait another 8 months for a cleaning. This office wanted me to wait nearly 2 years between dental cleanings like it was no big deal.

I had one appointment in 2017 here and staff was ok. Very small not updated the floor sinks in and make noise every step. Today is April 14th 2020 I received a call to pay a $55 bill or it will go to collection. Im not upset that they want a payment. I find it very distasteful, and inhumane during a government shut down you asking for a payment. You know how many Americans applied for unemployment? My job has been shut down for over 2 months! We are worrying about how to eat and remain a roof over our heads. Thank god my landlord and bill companies has says no payment until May, no late fees, or interest! Being as though I have not been a patient for over 2 years and only had one visit. If your trying to find work for your employees i rather you call with a sense of empathy. Example: "Good afternoon I hope you and your family is well during this time. But could we get updated information looks like we have not seen you in a while and also an balance."

Staff is unprofessional and unequipped to deal with children. Dentist is impatient and one of the nurses was obnoxious and loud. They did not put an anesthetic on my child's tooth prior to filling a cavity. The dentist walked out mid-procedure, after she experienced a panic attack, and threw me a referral to a pediatric dentist.
