Sarah the hygienist is very kind and thorough. She is very informative while she is cleaning your teeth.I have seen several hygienists in the past and not one can compare to Sarah's expertise. I have referred other people to her, especially people who have a great fear of having their teeth cleaned and they are amazed by the great experience that they have with Sarah! I had a problem with a tooth. Sarah explained the options to correct the problem and when the dentist examined the tooth he concurred with Sarah the best option that she had suggested. It is always such a good experience when I visit the Merit Dental office. Sarah is a wonderful asset to your office!

Very disappointed! I have been a longstanding patient for 20+ years and have never not seen a dentist for an exam after my cleaning. The staff is not friendly, such a shame! Dr Campbell had a large competent practice and left it to Merit dental to fall apart.

I actually enjoy going to this dental office. Everyone is very nice. I cant say enough for Sarah the hygientist. She is very professional,thourough and kind. When someone qtells me that they do not like getting their teeth clean,I immediately recommend that they make an appointment at Merit Dental with Sarah. She is very gentle and informative! She encourages you about your flossing and brushing. It is always an enjoyable experience and my teeth look and feel so good when I leave. Sarah is a great asset to your office! The only disappointing thing is you are losing a wonderful dentist. Dr.Edmonds is wonderful! We are very sad that she is leaving.

So this place did a crown for my wife. She had a infection in the tooth when the did the crown. Me not being a dentist even know this is wrong. Well long story short she lost the tooth. When she went back they told her it was not their problem and charged her over a $100 for it. I'm disgusted by this dentist office.

I went in for a routine cleaning and x-rays and when Dr Stein came in to look at the x-ray she told me I had a cavity. I had just saw Dr Campbell shortly before he retired and was told teeth looked fine. I didn't feel right with her diagnosis so I went to another dentist for another opinion and had 2 types of x-rays taken and he told me that I have no cavities. I asked him several times and he said no again. This place now that it is corporate run is all about turning numbers. My wife also had problems with work Stein performed before the pandemic. And she wouldn't come in to fix the problem she was having so my wife had to go to another dentist to fix the work Stein had done. I would not let her near your teeth.

I broke a tooth at the beginning of the pandemic and could not get it fixed. I am a high risk patient and caregiver so I was terrified of infection requiring a hospital visit. As soon as Merit Dental received their PPE, they brought me in and Dr Stein fixed it for me with compassion and care. The staff was outstanding, and I have found my forever Dentist in Dr. Stein.
