It’s hard to find such amazing, empathetic advocates for your health, and I’ve found them. Dr. Jen is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I trust every person in this office I’ve interacted with, and I appreciate all of their hard work. Oh, and my son LOVES the treasure chest full of toys, and loves coming to see everyone in the office as well. Just recently I chipped a tooth and they were able to see me in the same day, and provide a filling and they did so quickly and professionally. I haven’t needed anything but my regular cleaning for the past 25 years…until now! Dr Mellerowicz, and Natalie were awesome. They worked well together to make sure I was comfortable, and pain free. I am so happy with Merit Waterford. I will be telling all of my friends to come see them!!! Thanks

I've been going to merit dental before they changed names. I started seeing Dr. Vanderbeek 30 years ago. They have been great . I've had to have major dental work over the years. All of there work has been done to the best I think you can find. The Doctors and there highjentis's. I know I spelled that wrong sorry. They all are super friendly. My first appointment with cleaning and x-rays was today with Dr Arban and Tammy. I cannot even begin to describe how impressed I am with my entire experience: the friendliness, skill, knowledge, kindness, caring of all the staff; the modern equipment and techniques; the amount of time they spend with you; and the high quality and variety of options they offer for tooth care. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to care for your teeth. So Dr Arban replaced one of my fillings as it was causing some issues and my opinion of this dental practice has been raised even higher. Prompt, skillful, caring, gentle, professional…and more. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Thank you to all the staff for creating an environment where you don’t have to fear visiting the dentist anymore.

It's a great business model and the entire staff from Technician to Doctor are most accommodating regarding appointments, insurance payments and benefits. It's also a great bunch of people who can laugh with you as well.
I have going here for years. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. It is like visiting old friends every time I go in. They take a genuine interest in me, my family, and my dental health. I cannot recommend Meeit Dental or Waterford enough!!

I started in this practice with Dr’s Killinger and Vanderbeek. They have retired since then. I have always been satisfied with the staff in the office. They go above and beyond with your insurance. The hygienists are thorough. Dr Jenna M. Is who I see now. I have referred her to my brother and others. I needed an implant and it’s the most comfortable one ever.

My experience with Dr. Jenna at Merit Dental in Waterford was nothing short of an exceptional experience. I went into to get prepped for veneers and Dr. Jenna explained the process in great detail and described exactly what I could expect from the procedure. Even though she is young, Dr. Jenna is operating at a level far beyond her years in the field - I would (and have) recommend her to everyone I know!

Had an exam, xrays, and a cleaning with Dr Arban and it was fantastic. Everyone there is very kind and personable. Dr Arban does a fantastic job with the cleaning and exam, making it painless and quick as possible. Excellent group of dental professionals if you're looking for a new dentist.

I have been going here for 40 years, and it is the best dental office around. Now that I am retired and moved 40 miles away I still make the drive to go to this office. It is an 1:40 min drive (one way) but it is worth it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I had my 6 month cleaning today and had a visiting Hygienist named Jen G. She was exceptional, professional, and very personal. I hope they have her back again when I return in August. I am a long time patients and my hygienist retired recently. Thank you Lori and Jen.

Diana is my dental technician, and I couldn't ask for a better one. She always explains what she is doing, and the results of her procedures. She is very caring, and I feel very comfortable with her at all times.
Let's face it. No one likes going to the dentist. And I'm sure we've all had at least one bad experience sitting in the dentist's chair. But I can attest to the service received here and rate it an A+. They realize this is MY mouth they're poking around in and treat it as such. Explain everything, genuine concern over my comfort both physically and mentally while they conduct their very professional work and suggest oral hygiene methods to promote a healthy routine to practice on a daily basis. Finding all this in a dentist's office isn't easy. Buy if you visit Merit your search has ended.
Dr. Miller is awesome! I went it for a new crown prep, and she is SUPER nice, gentle, and had a perfect "pace" with no rushing, yet stayed on time with each step of the procedure. Very amazing Dentist. Also, her Assistant that day was also perfect (sorry I forgot her name). Anyway my first time with Dr. Miller was a pleasant and stress-free experience.
I just got back from having a new temporary crown put on. Looks fantastic for being a temporary but the amazing thing is that my old temporary broke on Christmas and Dr. Miller was able to get me in less than 48 hours later. Taking into consideration that it’s the holiday season and their office was closed on the 26th, I am amazed at how quick I was called back and fit in the next business day. On a sidenote, this is my first procedure besides a cleaning with Dr. Miller who had replaced my previous retired dentist. She may be just starting out in her career, but don’t let that fool you. She works with the professionalism, genuine care and concern, and skill of a doctor who has been practicing for decades. No offense to the other doctors at Merit ( who all are great), but she is in a class of it’s own. Thank you so much to the staff at Merit Dental Waterford and have a merry Christmas and happy new year

Dr. Miller and all the staff at Merit Dental are kind, helpful and compassionate. I have some anxiety receiving dental work, and have not been to the dentist in years due to no health insurance. My two front teeth needed crowns placed. After reading a few reviews on Merit Dental, I decided to make an appointment for myself. I went in a total of four times, and every time was great. Between Melody, the receptionist, being extremely helpful answers any and all questions I had; And Dr. Miller and all her staff having patience and taking their time to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Miller and her staff never rush, and make sure your needs are completely taken care of. Dr. Miller is truly a caring dentist, and I think she has found a patient for life. Oh, and my teeth look absolutely beautiful.
After over 2 years with no dental insurance and absess teeth pain, I finially got a Dental plan in 2018. My teeth flared up in February. I had more trouble with the Insurance and finding a dentist, than I did getting in to Merit Dental, antibiotics, and getting the teeth pulled. I was very happy with this clinic and everyone that worked there. 5 ⭐
I had a great experience today. I was seen by Dr. Miller. She very compassionate and caring doctor. This was going to be my last time as a patient at Merit Dental, I moved away 4 years ago and I decided to find some place closer to my home. After today I’ve changed my mind I’ll continue to drive 30 minutes. Also all the people who work there are great.

I've been a regular customer/patient of Dr. VanderBeek and Dr. Killinger for around 10 to 15 years and have been very pleased with both of them and their staff. At first I was nervous about the switch from a local dentist (same dentists operating independently) to a business with multiple office locations, but I have grown fond of reminders at just the right time via text messages. They don't do anything that's not necessary, are very open and honest about anything they determine - sometimes with multiple options to choose from, and when I've needed a referral to an oral surgeon or an endodontist, I've felt like they've done a lot of research to find the perfect one as I compare notes with friends who went elsewhere.
I started with Merit Dental in Waterford in June, 2015 And I have a allergy to latex and it is really bad. If I get around latex I have a Epi-Pen to help till I get to the hospital and I end up on life support. But they took care of everything. They even had a Epi-Pen out just in case. Everything went fine but I feel like they really cared and took good care of me.
Wonderful! I've been going here since I was little and had many things done such as retainers, caps, flippers, and bridges. Staff is always friendly, hygienists know what they're doing, and the dentists work with you. You also don't have to wait long for your appointment. Well done guys!
