I had a great experience at Blue Ash Merit Dental! Dr. Kevin and his team were fantastic. As a new patient, I came in needing to fix a chipped tooth that had been improperly treated by several other dentists in the past. Dr. Kevin took the time and care to make sure everything was done precisely, and the results were exactly what I hoped for. My tooth looks perfect now — I couldn’t be happier!

I had a crown that broke completely off TWICE with a previous dentist. I went a year or two dealing with a cracked crown and just living with it. I moved nearby and started going to Merit Dental Blue Ash. Dr. Megan convinced me that I needed to fix it. Oh boy, did she ever! I’m so glad I listened! Dr. Megan actually found that the previous dentist did not seal it properly, so my bare tooth was exposed, ugh! Merit Dental Blue Ash fixed the poor job of a previous dentist and completely exceeded my expectations. I even waited a month or so after the crown installation to make sure something didn’t sneak up after the fact. My tooth was sensitive a few weeks after. Since then, I don’t even think about it anymore, which I now know is the best result a dentist can provide. I am beyond pleased and I highly recommend Merit Dental Blue Ash!

As most anyone doesn't like the dentist. I have a horrible disliking as well as fear. This office made me feel very comfortable and I was assured I would not feel any pain. I had two back teeth pulled and only had feeling of pressure while pulling. Absolutely no pain. And very minimal pain afterwards as well. Top notch office and team. Definitely recommend making this your regular dentist.

From the time I first walked in the door everyone very friendly and accommodating. I typically don’t like dentists visits as most people don’t but I found this to be completely different from anything I’ve experienced before. Being a little older, they took the time to find out from me what my goals are as far as my dental work.They were very professional and did a great job with the three fillings I needed to have taken care of. There was no pain involved whatsoever and all three feelings were done in a little over an hour. My smile looks great! I highly recommend the Blue Ash office of Merit Dental. Hands-down they are the best!

Merit Dental in Blue Ash is amazing; and yes, it's a dentist! This was our first visit. From the moment my son and I walked in "we were seen". The receptionists greeted us and were very pleasant. Our appointments were 1:30pm and 3:10pm, they were on-time and efficient. The dental hygienist was freaking awesome! With COVID our regular cleanings have not happened, so I knew the cleaning was going to be intense and maybe painful. I am happy to say it was not. The plaque was thoroughly removed and done so in a VERY caring manner. My teeth felt wonderful and when she brushed that fluoride on each tooth, I was so awesome, I asked her if I could buy them! And let's not forget Dr. Frankhart who took his time, and with their state-of-the-art technology, he was able to view, with me, my X-rays on the monitor. He explained everything, listened well and answer my question, in a way I could understand (I didn't go to medical school lol). If you want a great experience, this is the place to go! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Recenty my girlfriend had a dental emergency over Memorial Day weekend. We were fortunate enough to come across Merit Dental. I called for my girlfriend who was in absolute agony with a severely infected tooth. We got arrangements for immediate care on Tuesday AM. More importantly Shawna showed us compassion and care that is rare to find in this day and age. She truly cared and helped us get the care my girlfriend needed. She is doing so much better now but I know without the caring attitude and disposition from Shawna this would be a much different story. We are eternally grateful for Shawna and Merit Dental!

I've only been here twice but both times it was absolutely wonderful. All of the staff has been incredibly pleasant and accomodating. The building is clean and minimal and not uncomfortably fancy (which is a plus imo after my experience with my last "spa-like" dentist). The prices are very reasonable and they do really good work and want to make sure you're comfortable the whole time. I've had a cleaned done and two cavities filled and it was about as painless and stress-free as a dentist trip can be. They offer sedation dentistry which I was considering for my cavity fillings but honestly, I found that I didn't need it. Would absolutely recommend

Dr. Levy has been my dentist for over 20 years. Due to insurance coverage I was not able to see him for the last ten (10) years. Now my insurance has changed and I am able to see him again. (2019 Update) Still the best dentist & best medical and office support staff! And all the latest innovations in equipment....I’ve been a patient for about 15 years. Nine years ago I moved 1½ hours away, yet it’s more than worth the trek, to get my work done at this level of quality, comfort, and friendliness. I’ve never had a moment’s pain, even though I’ve had extensive work: tooth implant, crowns, and fillings. And I truly appreciate that Dr. Levy and his staff are willing to schedule extended appointment time for me, so I can minimize the long trips. (Written several years ago) I believe I’d be classified as “possibly fanatically particular” about the quality of health care I purchase. I always research a provider and get references from medical professionals I already know and respect. Choosing Dr. Levy is a decision I’ve been very satisfied with. His work is first-rate, as are his technicians and office staff. Seven years ago, my plan was to get my teeth in top condition during the last 5 years of my employment life, when I had insurance & a flex account. That meant having extensive work done, including fillings, crowns, and an implant. Through all this, there was never pain, just occasionally discomfort. And I was actually able to relax in the chair once I began to trust him.

I went searching for a dentist over a month ago and saw the reviews for Dr. Levy and decided to give him a try. With my past experiences with my dentist I needed a new one and I'm happy to report that Dr. Levy and his staff were professional and know why they are doing. I felt very comfortable in the room. The staff walked me through everything and Julie made sure I knew what she was doing as well as showed me photos to help explain. I had to wait 3 weeks to get in because of my schedule, but the staff called me more than once with cancelations to try and fit me in earlier. Update: I've been going to Dr. Levy for 3 years now and I couldn't be happier. I've saved about how great Dr. Levy and his staff are that now my sister has made the change. This facility is clean, friendly and everyone there makes you feel comfortable. I was nervous about a few procedures that I had done and the staff and Dr. Levy spent the time with me to walk me through what was happening and educated me which made the entire process less stressful. 3 years later and I would still recommend.

Having a fear of dentists since childhood, visiting Dr. Levy and his staff was a pleasant experience. The most important issue for me is the smell of a dentist's office. Dr. Levy's office does not wreak of the normal dentist office smell - you know what I am talking about - the smells that emanate from filling, grinding and drilling teeth to root canals to crowns to whitening. That clovey-like smell. And, just for giggles, let's not forget the plethora of chemicals, antiseptics, cements and molds smells. The office takes great care in making the patient feel calm and less anxious which was such a relief. I am not fearful about going back for the work I need to have done because I know they care and take great care in their patient's comfort.

Dr Levy and his staff were fantastic and my experience was great. They were very timely, made me feel extremely comfortable and they did an incredible job on my veneers. I would highly recommend Dr Levy for any dental work.
