I have to wonder, was everyone let go and replaced with new people that work for lower pay. If this is the case I don't like this kind of ownership style. So I worry. I do however really like the new dentist who is from Armenia, although mostly American. Only time will tell if I stay as a patient. John S.

The dentist and the assistant/hygienist were SO kind and friendly, and they let me try nitrous for the first time. They were very attentive to my stress level. By the end of the appointment I just felt like a normal average person at the dentist, and walked out feeling better than when I went in. I was nervous the nitrous would make me feel loopy, but I was totally fine! Can’t wait for my next appointment to finally get all my teeth repaired once and for all. P.S. I went in for a black spot on my tooth I was very self conscious about. It’s the next day, and it looks great! I can’t even tell I ever had anything wrong, and they did a wonderful job smoothing my teeth out too. I can tell she is talented at her work, and is meticulous. I have no rough edges on my teeth and flossed with no problems today.

I really think that he should change the name to be SeJan Dental because I think that he needs to have his name on the practice for all of his hard work of schooling and now that it has paid off, he should probably display his name on his business. But I love them all. And you do deserve a five star superior customer service rating. Thank you so much for being so friendly. Kind, caring and just outright fantastic people. You make my day every time I go in. Because you lift me up with your good spirit and it is so refreshing and I can't tell you how much it means.
My daughter has been going to another dentist for years now, this was her first time back to this dental office and she felt relieved, informed and part of the decision making process when it came to her dental care. Jamie did a great job putting her mind at ease when cleaning her teeth and explaining all preventive measures she can do at home to prevent further decay. Both Jamie and the dentist explained what needed to be done to correct the previous dentists (from a different practice) errors and we feel we are on the road to healthier teeth! Merit dental is a great place. The dental practitioner, Jaime, who helped me was terrific. The dentist was top notch and super professional and took time out of his busy day to go over all the x-rays and dental procedures I would need and the receptionist was super helpful and setup an appointment with an endodontist for a root canal and also explained all the financial options available to me. For someone who neglected their teeth and dental work for 20 years they never made me uncomfortable or chastised me which I also greatly appreciated. Can't think you can get better service than Merit Dental in the greater Lansing area

Zachary Sejan is my dentist who has the greatest bedside manner. I believe he truly cares about his patients. He listened to my personal dental care needs and came up with a great, affordable plan. I love the plan he set for me. He is patient and takes his time, explaining everything as he works. His staff is warm and friendly, yet professional and efficient. I feel I found a winner.

Absolutely great experience! I am new to the area and hadn’t established care with a dentist yet when I chipped my front tooth. They were able to fit me in promptly for a repair and made me feel super comfortable the entire time. I usually get nervous at dental appointments but the staff and Dr. made sure I was okay and made the experience much more pleasant than any appointment I have had before. Would definitely recommend!!

The staff here are exceptional! I've been taking my son here since he was 18 mo old every 6 months. He's 3.5 yrs old now. His hygienist & dentist are amazing! They're so patient and explain everything to him before they do it. They let him touch all the instruments so he's not scared. How many 3 yr olds have you heard say they love the dentist & are excited to go back!? Mine sure is! I myself switched dentists because they've been so great!

Had an emergency situation. My dentist was unable to get me in in a timely manner, as usual. I was able to get into Merit that day. I was highly impressed with the care I received and the follow up phone call I received from the dr to ensure I was still doing ok. They were able to transfer my whole family over and get them appts right away as well. My whole family is happy with our new dentist.

I came in for a cleaning and exam yesterday. I tend to be a big baby with dental appointments but Jamie, the hygienist, and Dr. SeJan helped me feel at ease. It was the best cleaning and exam I've had in a long time. My cleaning with Jamie was the first one I've had that didn't hurt at all and I really appreciated that Dr. SeJan took the time to address my concerns with my teeth. I would highly recommend this office! The team there is outstanding and I felt very comfortable with the COVID measures that have been implemented.

The first place I heard about Parkway Dental was through my insurance plane (Healthy Kids Dental) and I decided to look up their dentist office online. They have a wonderful website that talks all about their two head female dentist. I had the pleasure of, Dr Sarah Davis along with Meg, assisting me on my first visit. I learned that it is an office of all famale densits who make you feel right at home. They went over all of my concerns and helped me find solutions. I had a pleasurable experience at Parkway Dental everyone is very sweet! I recommend anyone looking for a dentist office to contact them!

I can't say enough good things about Parkway Dental. They provide excellent service and go the extra mile. I recently had an especially hectic day that required a lot of last-minute schedule changes, and the team at PD just rolled with me and were completely understanding. Also, Dr Kelly Johnson is absolutely gifted at making both kids and adults feel comfortable with dental work - no easy feat! If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further. They are the best.

I took my daughter to Parkway Dental for her very first dental experience (she is two years old). I was nervous that my daughter would be terrified of getting her teeth cleaned, and that she would have a meltdown. The dental hygienist was so incredible. She was very hands on with my daughter, and showed her everything that was going to happen before they did anything. She also went at my daughter's pace which I think really helped her. I didn't feel like we were rushed at all, and more importantly, it seemed like the staff was incredibly prepared for these types of situations.

The office staff was great and able to get my appt. in the time I needed. Dr. Johnson and her assistant were very kind, gentle and sensitive to my needs having the work done. Dr. Johnson was great at numbing the area without it hurting and making sure I was comfortable with the amount of numbness. Her and her assistant were very flexible and gentle and used different techniques to help me when I had trouble with different things going on in my mouth! I love this place! They are so great for any of us who have had some anxiety getting dental procedures done.
