My family has been coming to this location for eleven years. Things have been consistently going downhill since the most recent ownership change. Our experience today was egregious. My daughter arrived and checked in for her 4pm appointment after an almost stalker level of confirmation texts, the last of which arrived at 2pm. At 4:45 pm she approached the receptionist and was told that her hygienist had left for the day and that the appointment should have been cancelled. Needless to say, we are canceling future appointments and changing providers.

I have gone to this dental office for decades starting when Jerry Deck opened it more than 40 years ago. I worry though because, with the new ownership, all the previous employees are now gone. I have to wonder, was everyone let go and replaced with new people that work for lower pay. If this is the case I don't like this kind of ownership style. So I worry. I do however really like the new dentist who is from Armenia, although mostly American. Only time will tell if I stay as a patient. John S.

Best dentist ever!! I have terribly severe anxiety. When I came in for my appointment yesterday I was so anxious I could barely stand, I was very dizzy. The dentist and the assistant/hygienist were SO kind and friendly, and they let me try nitrous for the first time. They were very attentive to my stress level. By the end of the appointment I just felt like a normal average person at the dentist, and walked out feeling better than when I went in. I was nervous the nitrous would make me feel loopy, but I was totally fine! Can’t wait for my next appointment to finally get all my teeth repaired once and for all. P.S. I went in for a black spot on my tooth I was very self conscious about. It’s the next day, and it looks great! I can’t even tell I ever had anything wrong, and they did a wonderful job smoothing my teeth out too. I can tell she is talented at her work, and is meticulous. I have no rough edges on my teeth and flossed with no problems today.

The dentist was top notch and super professional and took time out of his busy day to go over all the x-rays and dental procedures I would need and the receptionist was super helpful and setup an appointment with an endodontist for a root canal and also explained all the financial options available to me. For someone who neglected their teeth and dental work for 20 years they never made me uncomfortable or chastised me which I also greatly appreciated. Thought I found a great dentist, but I was wrong, because I’ve asked several questions several times and I don’t get any answers and I don’t want or need to get blood poisoning, with the cavities into the nerves. Nobody wants to tell me how far from the blood stream, and how often should one tooth keep getting a new filling, all it does is make it worse, having a lot of teeth pain and extremely concerned about blood poisoning, my teeth are infected and I’m a diabetic. I came in for a cleaning and exam yesterday. I tend to be a big baby with dental appointments but Jamie, the hygienist, and Dr. SeJan helped me feel at ease. It was the best cleaning and exam I've had in a long time. My cleaning with Jamie was the first one I've had that didn't hurt at all and I really appreciated that Dr. SeJan took the time to address my concerns with my teeth. I learned that it is an office of all famale densits who make you feel right at home. They went over all of my concerns and helped me find solutions. I want to share my horrible experience. First time to visit Parkway Dental early 2016 for teeth clean, Dr. Kelly Johnson said I need two crowns for better protection of my teeth. I don't have problem with my teeth that time, and he did not explain to me the tooth need to be trimmed for the crown. I just thought the crown is removable and just cap on the original tooth. The treatment in March 2016 was the beginning of a long time nightmare for me. Due to her negligent and nonprofessional, I suffered many months of pain and spent thousands of dollar. One tooth need root canal and the other is always sensitive since then. She even cut my gum to fit the temporary crown. I asked Parkway Dental for help due to the agony pain but not work, I turned to other dentist for help and they solved the problem and I been told these two crowns are not necessary. Now one of the tooth was root canalled and the other is sensitive every day. It will be always sensitive unless have another root canal.

I took my daughter to Parkway Dental for her very first dental experience (she is two years old). I was nervous that my daughter would be terrified of getting her teeth cleaned, and that she would have a meltdown. The dental hygienist was so incredible. She was very hands on with my daughter, and showed her everything that was going to happen before they did anything. She also went at my daughter's pace which I think really helped her. I didn't feel like we were rushed at all, and more importantly, it seemed like the staff was incredibly prepared for these types of situations.
