From the time I first walked in the door everyone very friendly and accommodating. I typically don’t like dentists visits as most people don’t but I found this to be completely different from anything I’ve experienced before. Merit Dental in Blue Ash is amazing; and yes, it's a dentist! This was our first visit. From the moment my son and I walked in "we were seen". The receptionists greeted us and were very pleasant. Our appointments were 1:30pm and 3:10pm, they were on-time and efficient. The dental hygienist was freaking awesome! With COVID our regular cleanings have not happened, so I knew the cleaning was going to be intense and maybe painful. I am happy to say it was not. The plaque was thoroughly removed and done so in a VERY caring manner. My teeth felt wonderful and when she brushed that fluoride on each tooth, I was so awesome, I asked her if I could buy them! And let's not forget Dr. Frankhart who took his time, and with their state-of-the-art technology, he was able to view, with me, my X-rays on the monitor. He explained everything, listened well and answer my question, in a way I could understand (I didn't go to medical school lol). If you want a great experience, this is the place to go! I HIGHLY recommend them!

I've only been here twice but both times it was absolutely wonderful. All of the staff has been incredibly pleasant and accomodating. The building is clean and minimal and not uncomfortably fancy (which is a plus imo after my experience with my last "spa-like" dentist). The prices are very reasonable and they do really good work and want to make sure you're comfortable the whole time. I've had a cleaned done and two cavities filled and it was about as painless and stress-free as a dentist trip can be. They offer sedation dentistry which I was considering for my cavity fillings but honestly, I found that I didn't need it. Would absolutely recommend

Beware this guy try sell you veneers, i told him i notice one my tooth is slight moving and his answer is veneers and why not just veneers all my teeth. Why the hell would veneers all my beautiful teeth over one slight tooth move and how would that solve the problem as my tooth will continue to move. Something creepy about this dentist as he smile at your and see dollar sign go cha ching in his eyes. I wouldn't let the hygienist do my dog teeth. Having a fear of dentists since childhood, visiting Dr. Levy and his staff was a pleasant experience. The most important issue for me is the smell of a dentist's office. Dr. Levy's office does not wreak of the normal dentist office smell - you know what I am talking about - the smells that emanate from filling, grinding and drilling teeth to root canals to crowns to whitening. That clovey-like smell. And, just for giggles, let's not forget the plethora of chemicals, antiseptics, cements and molds smells. The office takes great care in making the patient feel calm and less anxious which was such a relief. I am not fearful about going back for the work I need to have done because I know they care and take great care in their patient's comfort.

I am a brand new patient and new to the area. I saw the great reviews Dr. Levy had and called to make sure my insurance was taken here. They double checked to make sure it was accepted and that was above and beyond what I expected. My hygienist, Amy, was a pleasure to meet. She was kind and explained everything that she was doing and seeing. Dr. Levy was efficient and provided me the straight information on a particular tooth and what needed to be done but wasn't pushy. Overall, a very nice visit and I will be scheduling an appointment for my husband here soon.

I always enjoy my appointment at their office regardless of the work being done that day because everyone is so friendly & professional. Have been a patient for over 35 years & my teeth are well taken care of & in good hands with them. As always, Julie does a great job cleaning my teeth, etc. & June is always a pleasure to talk with before & after the appointment. I met Beth for the first time after only speaking with her on the phone & she seems to be very nice.
