Dr Meile is wonderful and the hygienists are always great. Top notch service. Billing on the other hand is a mess. There is zero communication or follow up. I was told at my last appointment that I had outstanding balances from 2 years ago? Why wasn’t I informed? I’ve asked for additional info but received no response. It’s a real shame to have to change dentists because of office issues.

Called at 9am for an emergency appt told to come at 220 got there at 210 waited until 310 told it would be a minute finally a couple mins latee they tale me back and tell me they don't have time to fix my tooth. Wasted my whole day waiting for nothing and an hour freezing in their lobby with no heat.

Almost never give a one. But schedule an emergency visit for family member. Told them reason. They said could be fixed come in at 220. Waited an hour in waiting room. Then told could not be fixed because they closed at 5 and could not get in on time. Wasted my time. If you have emergency do not waste your time calling them. Plus they knew we where there and waiting. They could of told us but no had to waiste our time. Avoid this place.
