My 14 year old daughter had her first visit to Merit Dental in Harrison Ohio. The staff and dentist exceeded all expectations. I had called for an appointment and was scheduled about a month out which was very quick considering the wait time for dentists and being a new patient. I had asked to be put on the cancellation list and the very kind receptionist called me back that day and offered a cancellation for the same day !! It’s so great to be listened to and cared for … health care in general is such a trying environment to work in but these ladies are top notch !! As I sat there in the waiting room I noticed how they talked and interacted with patients that have obviously gone there for many years. They treated and spoke to them with such kind and caring regard from billing to scheduling follow up appointments. My daughter also was very impressed with their bedside manner and making her feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office!!
