I always have a great experience at Merit dental, from the Front office staff who always treats me with a smile. Anytime I have an issue I can reach out to Sam and she takes care of it right away. Couldn’t have a better person running the show. My hygienists are awesome and the dental assistance. The only negative thing I could say is they keep switching Dentist out on me.

I am so grateful for all there help in getting me seen so quickly and getting me taken care of. I, hands down, recommend them to everyone. Kids and adults alike.

They explain everything to you and walk you through the plan of care for extensive work. My boys have been scheduled for multiple visits due to the dental care and they are well taken care of. I came for a new patient visit and was going to have to wait until October for a cleaning. They offered me a cleaning today due to a cancelation. Which was nice since I have put off my dental care for roughly 10 years, left there and was told my mouth was "boring", which was a good thing. Happy to have found a dentist that is local and accepts my insurance.

After Dr. Bowen retired, I had some issues here with his replacements and nearly switched. I am glad that I didn’t. Dr. Adams has completely restored my confidence. He takes an honest, logical approach and tries to fix the root cause of problems. He is always happy to explain why he thinks something is the right action for the situation and doesn’t try to oversell things. I no longer feel like someone is trying to do a quick fix and get the next patient in the chair. The staff is all very friendly and helpful as well. If you haven’t been here lately or are looking for a new dentist, give these guys a chance. Keep up the good work everyone!
I hope that the previous reviewers give Merit Dental another chance. I only got see Dr. Bowen once before he retired so didn't have a chance to know him. I did see two replacements, one nearly made me give up dental hygiene permanently (but she did me a favor when she sent me to Ft. Wayne for a simple procedure because she "just thought it would be too difficult") and the other - well, I have no opinion, good or bad. But now? I cannot sing the praises of Dr. Adams loudly enough! The rest of the staff is excellent, does an outstanding job and always ha. Dr. Adams is incredibly personable which is great as far as putting someone at ease, but he's incredibly skilled at his profession as well. I was fitted for a crown for a chipped tooth yesterday; I already have two other crowns so I know the drill (sorry, bad pun). The fitting for the new crown & placement of the temporary were TOTALLY pain free. Free! No pain! None! I have no anxiety about any dental procedures that may come up. As long as Dr. Adams is there, it will be stress free. I hope the community realizes how fortunate we are and supports Merit Dental!

I am very impressed with the newest dentist to replace Dr Bowen. He was very knowledgeable and talked to me with a caring attitude. The dentist before him basically told me I had to resign myself to having pain with the crown that Dr Orwick had put on. Dr Adams took the time to check the crown and make adjustments that I can honestly say has improved the pain I have felt for a year and a half. I look forward to hopefully having him for a dentist for many years to come. The office staff was so helpful during my troubles with this crown. They are all appreciated very much. If you are looking for a caring and knowledgeable dental crew check them out. I highly recommend them.
