The last place ai went probably cleaned 3 or 4 teeth and then said I was done (frustrating). The office staff was friendly and welcoming and the dentist approached his explanations in an educational manner rather than taking a dictorial approach. I will definitely go here again.

Prior to my exam I knew I was going to have to get a crown. On the day of my exam, they were able yo start the process for a temp crown and a new crown. They took very good care of me and made me feel like I was a regular customer.

Nice, clean office, friendly staff, and knowledgeable RDH and DMD. I am pregnant with my first child and I wasn't even aware of addressing the infant's oral hygiene! I am confident I will receive the support I need when it comes to my and my family's dental health.

They've done a great job cleaning and keeping things safe with Covid-19. Beautiful office too. Edit: this year they took the extra time to call my new insurance to find my new ID number since my employer and ID card didn't list it. They were also able to give me a quote while I was there for something I needed, priced with my insurance. I'm always impressed at how they go the extra mile to help their patients.

Traditionally patients are referred over to other specialist for the Dental Implant procedure, but Dr. Russell can surgically place the Dental Implant and then he can restore the Dental Implant all at his office. He will approach the tooth replacement procedure thinking about the end result, which is making sure that the Dental Implant and Dental Crown looks natural, like nothing ever was missing in the first place! I asked Dr. Russell about his training for Dental Implants, and he told me that regularly is attending seminars and continuing education to be the best at what he does. I know that the Lake Erie Monster Hockey team would not have him as the team Dentist if he didn't know how to replace missing teeth with Dental Implants!
