Every single person that I interacted was incredibly caring and comforting. They got me in same day for a very painful toothache and did everything they could that day to help me feel better. The reception staff was amazing, and you can tell that everyone from the reception staff to the dentist herself cares about the experience that each patient receives. Even though going to the dentist can cause an extreme amount of anxiety, she did an amazing job at explaining to me what was happening, which majorly decreased the amount of anxiety that I had. I will be using this office for my dental needs for the foreseeable future, as well as recommending it to anyone I know that is in need of dental care.

There have never been any surprises with her care to me. I've had several dentists in the past, all have been good but this group exceeds them. To the point that my husband bakes things and drops them off to the staff, even if he doesn't have an appointment that day. I highly recommend!

I'm the type of person w the odds against me if in a situation where something could go either way. With my last root canal, he was a man of his word and did right by me. You usually don't come across this type of loyalty with anyone in the medical field honoring this type of character. Another highpoint is the one stop crown installment as opposed to return appts for fittings and temporaries. The staff is ever so nice and happy to see you walk in. I always look forward to the paraffin wax hand bath, the warm neckroll, and enjoy watching a movie during a long treatment. It keeps your mind off of what is going on. Yes, I would definately recommend Merit Dental in Strongsville, OH!

Great overall experience. Trips to the dentist are never fun, but this team makes it as good as it gets.
The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable. They got me in right away for an emergency appointment. I would highly recommend for anyone who has a fear of dentists as they take excellent care of you.
Everything about Five Points is outstanding. From the decor and creature comforts in their waiting room to the friendly, competent, and professional staff. Everything is state of the art as far as equipment. The care we receive actually feels like caring. There was never that hurried, assembly line feeling to their service.

Being a nurse with experience you get to recognize and admire the skill sets of others and how they interact with each other and build on their skill levels the precision and attention to details is remarkable all the while attending to your comfort. Frequent check ups is key to keeping a smile into your old age (there I said it) I have to work at my smile with prevention intervention on my part and they take care of the rest from crowns, to root canals it's all there.
Always have a pleasant experience at Five Points. Even when the are drilling in my mouth.

Why do I get so Excited when I go to Five Point Dentistry you asked! Well, I get the Best Service I ever could want! I was with another Dentist before I found Five Points & they always found strange things & charged me for things I never needed! At Five Points my Teeth are fixed right the first time with the Newest Equipment! My Husband & I both look forward to going for our check ups as well. Now my whole Family goes to them! My sister even drives from the Eastside just to go to the best! Thank You for my Pretty Teeth! PS I love the Hot Pillows & Hand waxing too!
Excellent dental office. Excellent customer service. Love the Cerec crown option...they perform all services in the office in ONE (1) visit. No taking molds and waiting for the crown to be made and shipped back only to have to come back at another time. They mill the crown specific for you in office...only a couple of hours of your time!
As always, 5 Points Dentistry provided excellent, professional dental care. I will continue to recommend this practice to anyone looking for great dental care!

From understanding insurance to preventative health concerns, Five Points is big on patient education which I absolutely loved. I used to be petrified of going to the dentist, as I had a dentist who used no novocain for small or large cavities and I also had a lot of orthodontic and oral surgeries. I now look forward to going to the dentist thanks to this wonderful staff at Five Points! They are all so personable, gentle yet very efficient and professional. They are up front about costs and procedures and seem to genuinely care about every patient. Their exams are extremely thorough (oral cancer, etc.) And the water system they use for cleaning your teeth--the best thing since sliced bread! They have all of the latest and greatest tools that make all of the difference. They even offer free water and juices while you wait and offer a heated neck pillow while they work on you! Hi praises for Five Points!

Five Points Dentistry is a full service dentist! You know you are getting the best & most up to date dental evaluation & care. No need to be nervous about going to the dentist. You can have a heated neck wrap, a paraffin hand treatment all while watching your own personal TV. If that isn't enough the hygienist will put you at ease. Dr. Tom Thomas & Dr. Mario Pavicic experience is second to none & your whole family is in good hands with them.
