This office is great. Staff is very welcoming. Love the front desk staff. They helped with scheduling for myself and 3 kids. Each person is the back is very helpful. They do amazing with my kids. They explain everything to you and walk you through the plan of care for extensive work. My boys have been scheduled for multiple visits due to the dental care and they are well taken care of. I came for a new patient visit and was going to have to wait until October for a cleaning. They offered me a cleaning today due to a cancelation. Which was nice since I have put off my dental care for roughly 10 years, left there and was told my mouth was "boring", which was a good thing. ? Happy to have found a dentist that is local and accepts my insurance.

This place is a disorganized mess. I completed my new patient paperwork and mailed it back in. Yet, they started to have me complete it again. Came for a simple six month teeth cleaning and checkup. They started doing a whole bunch of things I didn’t need, which required a second visit. Expressed concern that insurance wouldn’t cover all the extra procedures and was told I wouldn’t be charged. Then, they went out of network with my insurance three weeks before my appointment and didn’t tell me resulting in a $363 bill for all the additional things they did, which later changed to $181. I’m still trying to resolve this with the insurance company to make an exception to cover it.

After Dr. Bowen retired, I had some issues here with his replacements and nearly switched. I am glad that I didn’t. Dr. Adams has completely restored my confidence. He takes an honest, logical approach and tries to fix the root cause of problems. He is always happy to explain why he thinks something is the right action for the situation and doesn’t try to oversell things. I no longer feel like someone is trying to do a quick fix and get the next patient in the chair. The staff is all very friendly and helpful as well. I have to admit that I miss Dr Bowen too. I am so thankful that Michelle was still there when I had my checkup on Monday. I think she is a very caring and thoughtful hygienist and I would hate to have to find out where she has gone and the dentist isn’t taking new patients. I am very impressed with the newest dentist to replace Dr Bowen. He was very knowledgeable and talked to me with a caring attitude. The dentist before him basically told me I had to resign myself to having pain with the crown that Dr Orwick had put on. Dr Adams took the time to check the crown and make adjustments that I can honestly say has improved the pain I have felt for a year and a half. I look forward to hopefully having him for a dentist for many years to come. The office staff was so helpful during my troubles with this crown. They are all appreciated very much. If you are looking for a caring and knowledgeable dental crew check them out. I highly recommend them.

We've been paid in full for months, then they start harassing my son in Ft. Wayne for payment on a visit he had a year or so ago. We paid for that visit, we paid for all visits and procedures, I can't stress enough that we paid in full! Now they're telling my son that if he doesn't pay up they'll send it to collections (and the account is in my name, so they'll send me to collections). I miss Dr. Bowen!!!! I miss his kind and caring ways, I miss the office staff that would take the time to figure out payment issues and not just throw someone into collections for something THEY PAID FOR!!! Not to mention, the prices jumped sky high and care hit rock bottom as soon as Dr. Bowen left.

I have been a patient of this office for many years. The whole office staff are some of the most caring, personable, and efficient people I know. In a small community, you grow up with a lot of the professional people, and usually know them outside of the office setting. I have noticed some changes in the office that are counter-productive to the patient experience. I am giving a 5 star rating to the "old office" I will reserve judgement on the "new" office under your supervision. The enforced changes of staff, products, and services are making many patients unsure and looking for another office. Seems like that would not be in your best interest. Perhaps you should adjust your business practices when you move into a small town, where people know and care about each other. Just sayin'
