As a new patient at Merit Dental-Brunswick, OH., I was highly impressed at the onset of my initial consult with the professionalism of not only the Administrative personnel, but also with various Hygienists, X-Ray Techs, and of course the highly skillsets (both teaching and operative) of Dr. Mark Paly. My 1st time procedure with Dr. Paly went extremely well, with him explaining each of his procedural steps as they unfolded, always mindful of patient care during that process, and being extremely gentle and reassuring that each of the steps were leading to a successful result. After my procedure was complete, Dr. Paly explained in detail on post operative care, an open invitation to call anytime with questions or concerns, which certainly added to my assurance that I had definitely chosen a fantastic dental facility for my procedure. A sincere thanks to “each and everyone” at this facility for providing me a very memorable and positive experience!

My name is Judi Summers (Kaz is my daughter) and NEVER have I received from ANY service provider the level of care I received from Dr. Balski at Merit Dental in Brunswick, OH. I had broken a tooth and despite excruciating pain, my dentist (who had seen me, said I needed an extraction, bone graft and an implant at a cost of $7k) couldn't book me until the following week. Desperate, I called Dr. Balski's office and they had me immediately come in. After she read my x-rays, she advised me I had TWO broken molars and a severe abscess. Unlike my dentist, she gave me 2 additional options; a root canal/crown or extractions with an affordable bridge down the road. Not once did she try to upsell me and she even comforted me when I burst into tears at her patience and kindness. I opted for extractions and she constantly checked to make sure I wasn't in pain during the procedure. Her concern was genuine and her insistence that I call her should I have issues was that of a friend, not a doctor. If you need dental care, THIS IS THE DENTIST TO CHOOSE IN CLEVELAND OHIO!
